Naughty blogger

Ok, ok, I know, its been a little while (ok, a long while) since I posted. Personally I blame this. But anyway, I've just been trudging along working (well, getting to be an expert web-surfer), playing footy (in Brighton no less) and generally getting happily intoxicated.
I was given an interesting little piece about how you can tell if you've been in the UK to long, and was disturbed to find that some of it was true (although most of those who read this blog will have already heard me go on about it). Well, ok, I was actually just told about it and spent some time at work looking for it on the net. Which brings me to a couple of other things. (Since I have a lot of time on my hands at work)
Firstly this blog that I read today that made me feel a lot better about myself (in the sense that I'm not the only person in the world that can be a bit retarded sometimes). Actually it almost made me snort out loud at work, which doesnt do much for the whole professional image i'm sorta going for (although not trying all that hard..).
The other was this piece of rubbish from the Bush government, who seem to be going for that whole, men should be men and women should stay home and pop sprogs christian right thing. You'd think what with the Army having problems with soldiers going AWOL and the dropping recruitment rates in the US, you think they'd be falling over themselves for people (even women) to go shoot the bad guys. What a load of crap.
