Living with the folks

Time to face facts. When you are 26yo and you are living with your parents, you can quickly fall into the 'loser' category (with a capital 'L' in some cases). Yes, I'm 26 and yes, i'm currently residing with my parents, but it's not what you think!
I moved out of home when I was 20 and that's the way it's been until I packed up and went to Europe for the good part of a year. My need to be back in Adelaide for a few months, coupled with the convenience of my folks spare room and central location, meant that I was back home. It's not all bad, I dont pay rent, I get fed and my parents are pretty laid back, so no really nosey questions about what i'm doing or where i'm going.
But whenever I get on my high horse after listening to friends who have ALWAYS lived at home complain about their parents, telling them they are waaay too old to still be at home, I now get:
Them: "oh yeah? and where are YOU living at the moment?"
Me: "........."

Moral of the story: There's always rent to pay somehow.....
